In the above Figure there are names list of fruits. Fruits names are repeated in column. So, to identify the duplicate values in ms excel cells
Click on Conditional format in Home Menu
The select Highlight cell Rules
After selecting the Highlight cell rules you will find right side pane
the select Duplicate Values, and click OK which is shown in below figure
